After their recent collaboration on a boot, Timberland gets once again together with Parisian store colette. This time they worked on a timeless classic – the Lumber Jacket. It comes in a black/blue plaid pattern with light beige leather details. It is limited to 73 pieces worldwide, the year in which the brand was founded, and will be sold in New York in front of the Ace Hotel for Fashion Night Out. c

Richie has gone from long dark hair to a blonde bob

Nicole Richie has gone for a dramatic new look. Chopping off her long dark hair, she has opted for a stylish wavy blonde bob.

I liked Richie’s dark hair but she looks stunning with her new tousled blonde locks.

ISTANBUL–When most designers present their collections they put their clothes on models and send them down a runway. But Özlem Süer’s SS 2011 show (a performance, really) bucked against convention.
The show was on a small islet in the Bosphorus where the Maiden’s Tower, an old light house dating back to 408 BC, sits.
Once there, I felt transported, and not just because I was physically transported to an island in the middle of the Bosphorus for a fashion show. From the minute we stepped onto the boats that would bring us to the Maiden’s Tower, we were in Özlem Süer fashion “dream land” where she invited attendees to become “heros” in her story. We’re not too grown to admit that we look to American Eagle Outfitters and Aerie for trendy and classic pieces. With a little adult tweak here and there, AE clothes can totally fit in with our more adult clothes. What’s even better is that Aerie and AE are marketed to teens and college students, so items are moderately priced, which is a win for us too. On Tuesday evening, guests were treated to the unveiling of Nanoblur – revolutionary technology that makes use of light and optics to hide away wrinkles and blemishes for up to twenty-four hours – at downtown Toronto’s Spoke Gallery. Fashionistas and beauty enthusiasts were treated to demos of the product on their hands for immediate comparisons. The true amazement came during the presentation in which there was the live demonstration in which a model applied product to half her face and left the other untouched. Results were true to its word – blemishes and wrinkles removed in forty seconds.
