For her seventh outfit change in Canada, Duchess of Cambridge Kate Middleton donned a cornflower blue dress by Canadian-bred/London-based designer Erdem, which accentuates her impossibly tiny waist. The couple is in Quebec City right now, and next theyll be travelling to Prince Edward Island, home of Kates favorite childhood novel, Anne of Green Gables. There better be some puffed sleeves involved.
