I’m currently on a month’s holiday in South Africa, and I’m again on a beauty quest to find the secret that keeps South African women looking so gorgeous! I love discovering beauty treatments, ingredients and secrets from all over the world and here in this beautiful country, the secret is Rooibos Tea.

Used for generations by the Khoi and San people of South Africa, this tea grown only here is slammed full of rich antioxidants that help eczema, acne, aging and skin allergies. The mixture of all types of skintones here in this part of the world from very dark to porcelain seems to be line free and fresh looking.

Going through the pictures of the 2012 Golden Globe Awards Ceremony, I noticed something was sticking out as a trend on the Red Carpet. Did you see how many pale, soft colored dresses were in attendance?

White, white with a hint of pink, white with a hint of gray, white with a hint of peachy, white with a hint of whatever, you name it, it was there tonight! Everyone was wearing floor length dresses , flowy fabrics, simple designs . We already admired one of the pale fans tonight: Angelina Jolie. Her pinkish white was lovely but my absolute favorite was Elle Macpherson. Elle’s gorgeous Zac Posen dress stole my heart!

The Lingerie Football League is rapidly gaining in popularity and now has 12 teams in the league with 20 players per team

It’s the most wonderful time of the year…again! It’s officially the NFL playoff season.  Although, if you ask most any man (and quite a few women, too) in America, he will resoundingly agree that football might be the next best thing next to…well, you know.  Any female who has lost her man to a big game on TV this time of the year understands that being a football widow isn’t always a pleasant experience.  Were you aware however, that there is another football league out there that even you girls might like?  The Lingeri

I think a promise ring represents something different depending on a couple. For us, the ring was an opportunity to promise something to each other. The ring marked the day, and its always been the reminder of the promise.

Its sometimes hard to own such a precious thing, it can be scary.

I get this question all the time, and the answer is NOT red lipstick and nail polish. I find that a much chicer and modern approach is to paint your pout and nails with a warm pink or shimmery nude color, and pair it with a retro lined eye. It’s dated to look so matchy matchy with the obvious red lip and nail combo.

To create a lovely lady in red moment, start by sweeping highlighter under the brow, on the inner corners of the eyes and on top of the cheekbones to “Carmindize” the face.

Audrey Hepburn. Indisputably one of the greatest actresses the world has ever seen, and surely one of the most beautiful and graceful women we’ve ever laid eyes on.

Her movies are legendary as is her very own persona. And that is something we . Titles like Roman Holiday or Breakfast at Tiffany’s will always be pinned on top most of must – see – movies – in – a – lifetime lists. A replica or a variation of at least one of Audrey’s dresses should be in every woman’s wardrobe.

However, when one of Audrey Hepburn’s dresses was auctioned off, there were no bidders for the iconic item! The white lace dres
